Two typefaces carry the brand in both languages.
Fraunces for Latin and Noto Naskh Arabic for Arabic. Both are free on Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License, so every partner and printer can use them.
A soft old-style serif with an optical size axis: it gets sturdier at small sizes and more refined at large ones. We use 400 for text and 650 for headings.

One scale serves both scripts.
Arabic runs 10 percent larger than Latin at every step (the --font-arabic-scale token), so both read at the same visual size.
--size-type-display--size-type-h1--size-type-h2--size-type-h3--size-type-lead--size-type-body--size-type-smallFollow these four rules when setting text.
Give Arabic more line height.
1.75 for Arabic body text, 1.6 for Latin. Arabic has taller ascenders and deeper descenders.
Never letter-space Arabic.
Tracking breaks the joins between letters. If a line needs to be longer, rewrite it.
Use Western digits in both languages.
Hayl prints prices and phone numbers as 0 to 9 everywhere, so menus and receipts match.
Keep headlines short and sentence case.
No all caps in Latin. Arabic has no capitals, and all caps would make the Latin shout over it.
